Electronic Signature Consent:

Your access to the site or use of the services implies your acceptance of these Terms of Service. By clicking on the “I AGREE” or “I CONSENT” button or any other indicator of your electronic acceptance of these Terms of Service, you agree to conduct each transaction by electronic means. Greek Squad and you hereby acknowledge that electronic signatures shall have the same force and effect as original or hand-written signatures with respect to these Terms of Service and all electronic records or transactions entered into between you and Greek Squad.

You may revoke approval of this electronic signature process at any time with prior written notice to Greek Squad; however, this will result in the suspension or termination of all transactions and/or access or use of the website or services unless an alternative valid legal agreement is established.

Changes to Terms of Service:

Greek Squad may, from time to time, update these Terms of Service, including the Privacy Policy. Any such revisions shall supersede all previous versions and take effect immediately. However, for existing subscribers, such revisions shall, unless otherwise stated, be effective 30 days after posting.

While Greek Squad may send written notice of such changes, it is your responsibility to stay up to date and adhere to the posted Terms of Service. Your continued use of the site or services following any such change constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified terms.

Communication Preference:

By using the Greek Squad, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us relating to your account. These communications may involve sending emails to your registered email address, posting updates on our website, or displaying notices in your account dashboard.

You agree that any notices, agreements, disclosures, or other communications we send electronically satisfy legal communication requirements, including those requiring written communication. You should retain copies of electronic communications by printing or saving them. You also consent to receiving promotional emails, newsletters, and service-related calls. For further details, please review our Privacy Policy ([Insert URL]).

DMCA Counter Notices:

If a user of Greek Squad believes that the material removed or disabled is either not infringing, or that they have the right to post and use such material from the copyright owner, the owner’s agent, or under the law, they must send a DMCA counter-notice including the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access was disabled and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. The user’s name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which their address is located (or any judicial district in which the allegedly infringing material is located if outside the United States), and that they will accept service of process from the party who provided the original DMCA notice.
  4. The user’s electronic or physical signature.

NOTE: Filing a false DMCA Counter Notice may result in liability for costs and attorneys’ fees. Please consult an attorney if you are unsure about your rights. If a counter-notice is received, Greek Squad may send a copy to the original complaining party, notifying them that the removed material may be reinstated unless they seek a court order.

Trademark Notices:

If you are a trademark owner or an authorized agent and believe that content available on Greek Squad website or services infringes your trademark(s), please submit a notice containing the information requested for a DMCA Notice as described above. We will handle these trademark notices similarly to copyright violations and may disclose the notice to the user who uploaded the content you claim is infringing.
