END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

 The Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and all intellectual property rights in and to the Product belong to Greek Squad. Further, all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the content which may be accessed through the use of the Product, remain the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Greek Squad. The Product is only licensed to you, not sold. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform the Product. Copying or storing the Product other than as expressly permitted in Section 2 below is prohibited unless you obtain prior written permission from Greek Squad.

Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Greek Squad grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Product on a single device solely for personal or internal business purposes. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Product or any portion thereof. Any attempt to do so will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.

 You agree not to:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
2. Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security features of the Product.
3. Use the Product in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
4. Use the Product to create or distribute malware, spyware, or other malicious code.
5. Share or distribute any license keys, activation codes, or other authentication credentials for the Product.

 Greek Squad provides the Product "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Product, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Greek Squad does not guarantee that the Product will operate without errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

 In no event shall Greek Squad be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product. The total liability of Greek Squad under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

 This Agreement is effective until terminated. Greek Squad may terminate this Agreement immediately if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and uninstall all copies from your devices.

 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Greek Squad operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration organization.

1.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
2. No waiver of any breach or default shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Greek Squad regarding the Product and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements.

By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by its terms.
