Cancellation

You may cancel your Greek Squad subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Greek Squad service until the end of your current billing period. Please note that we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-term subscription periods.

If you cancel, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

If you subscribed to Greek Squad using a third-party account as your payment method, you might need to cancel through that third party. This may involve visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew or unsubscribing from the Greek Squad service through them. You can also find billing information about your Greek Squad subscription by visiting your account with the third party.

Refunds

You may request a refund via email at refund@greeksquad.com or through the chat available on our website. Refunds, discounts, or other considerations ("credits") may be provided at our sole and absolute discretion. The amount and form of such credits will vary, and the decision to grant them is entirely at our discretion.

The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar situations, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future under any circumstances.

Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license will be deactivated.

Download Version: Uninstall the software and remove it from your computer. Disc Version: Destroy the disc, and then uninstall the software from your computer.

Greek Squad will issue refunds either to the credit card, bank, or PayPal account used in the purchase. Depending on the user’s bank situation, refunds may take 48 to 72 hours to be credited.

To ensure complete satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive refund and exchange policy with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for most of our products under specific conditions outlined below.

• Technical Circumstances

1. A refund request due to technical issues where the customer refuses to cooperate with the Greek Squad support team by not providing sufficient details or declining to attempt the suggested troubleshooting steps.
2. A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated if the order exceeds the 14-day guarantee period.
    

• Accepted Circumstances for Refunds

Greek Squad offers refunds under the following circumstances, in accordance with our Money Back Guarantee.

• Non-Technical Circumstances

1. Purchase of Extended Download Service (EDS), Registration Backup Service (RBS), or Download Insurance Service outside of product purchase, without prior knowledge that these can be removed. In this case, we will assist in contacting the payment platform to refund the cost of these items.
2. If a customer purchases the incorrect product, they must first buy the correct one. Once confirmed, Greek Squad will refund the cost of the original purchase.
3. Accidental purchase of the same product twice or purchase of two similar-functioning products. In this case, Greek Squad will refund one of the purchases or offer a swap to another Greek Squad product.
4. Failure to receive a registration code within 24 hours of purchase, despite efforts to retrieve it from the Greek Squad Support Center. If the customer contacts our support team and does not receive a response within 24 hours, we will issue a full refund if the product is no longer needed.
5. If a technical fault compels the user to purchase alternative software from another company to complete their task, Greek Squad will provide an exchange or a full refund.
    

Technical Problems

If a purchased product experiences persistent technical issues and Greek Squad fails to provide a working solution within 30 days, the customer may request a refund.

Once a refund is approved, the associated license will be deactivated.

• Download Version: Customers must uninstall the software and remove it from their computer.
• Disc Version: Customers must destroy the physical disc and uninstall the software.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (credit card, bank, or PayPal). Depending on banking procedures, refunds may take 48 to 72 hours to be credited.
